In 1986 Andy Warhol released a portfolio of 10 limited edition prints titled “Cowboys and Indians.” Included in each of the 250 regular edition sets was a colorized portrait of cowboy movie legend John Wayne. Although originals are still available for purchase through authorized dealers, the cost to own a signed Warhol print might be a tad over budget for the average western cowboy.
