Just two days left to submit your design to the Lucchese Design-a-Diva boot competition! Submissions can be in any two-dimensional medium (e.g. crayon, colored pencils, watercolor), and must include  specifications for color(s), leather suggestions, stitch patterns, wingtips, collars, etcetera. You can obtain the official downloadable pattern template here. In addition to your design specifications, Lucchese also wants a typed 200 word essay describing the inspiration for your design, and the Italian women’s name you want the boot to be known by. All entries must be snail-mailed to Lucchese, and postmarked no later than April 5, 2010. Winners will receive one pair of their own custom made Diva by Lucchese boots. Their essays and photos of the winning designs will be published in the Lucchese company newsletter, and posted on Lucchese.com, and the Lucchese Facebook fan page. Good Luck!
